Direct Market Touch Ltd was placed into Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation in January 2019.

Mr K Kallis of Kallis Insolvency Practitioners was appointed as the Liquidator. 

 

The Financial Services Compensation Scheme has asked the Liquidator to approach clients of the Company and to advise them of their right to bring a claim. 

 

As specialists in Financial Claims, New South Law have been instructed to investigate the financial advice given by the company. It is believed the Company has been involved in high risk unregulated investment schemes.

 

We would like to speak with anyone who came into contact with Direct Market Touch Ltd in any capacity to understand what dealings they may have had with the Company and how this might affect potential recoveries for creditors.
