JAMES KINGSTON
Director and Compliance Officer for Legal Practice
James is a solicitor. He has a wealth of litigation and claims experience having worked for both Claimants and Defendants managing cases from small claims level up to the Court of Appeal.
Before joining us James was an Associate Partner in a top 100 firm, handling unusual and novel projects. Much of his work during this time involved working with companies based in mainland Europe and he dealt with cases that involved cross border issues or application of international treaties.
DEBBIE CLARK
Group Accountant / Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration
Debbie is in charge of the company’s accounts, taking all reasonable steps ensuring we are fully compliant.
Debbie has a wealth of knowledge in Financial Accounting gained over more than 25 years with the last 11 years held as the Group Accountant reporting at board level.

BEN PARSLOW
Legal Director
Ben is a director of the firm. His focus is on operational procedures, ensuring performance targets are met and the company is adhering to its regulatory framework. Ben negotiates on commercial deals, agreements and commitments on behalf of the company.
PETER O'DONNELL
Legal Director
Peter is one the founders and a director of the firm. His focus is identifying new business opportunities and developing long-term successful routes to market for financial services, legal action and regulatory claims.
MICK COYNE
Legal Director
Michael’s role encompasses the financial overview, brand management, product vision and strategic direction of the company. Most importantly, it includes the implementation and continuation of our core values throughout the organisation.
GARETH ROBERTS
Legal Director
Gareth has a wealth of experience in Financial Services, having held Technical Consultant, Senior Management and Managing Partner roles in large financial institutions. Whilst undertaking these positions Gareth was responsible for over £100 million of client monies as custodian, oversaw the compliance and due diligence functions of the business and is considered an industry expert in SSAS, SIPP and Group Employee Benefits. Gareth will play a significant role in the our business planning and new business development as well as compliance oversight.
REBEKAH GARRY
Paralegal
Rebekah is an experienced claims handler with a depth of knowledge on multiple legal cases. She will be happy to assist you with all your queries and will strive to make the process as simple and hassle free as possible.
IAN O'GORMAN
Paralegal
Ian is an experienced claims handler with a depth of knowledge on multiple legal cases. Ian gathers all of the relevant information needed in order to give you the best chance at a successful claim.
DIANE INGRAM
Diane is an experienced claims handler with a depth of knowledge on multiple legal cases. Diane gathers all of the relevant information needed in order to give you the best chance at a successful claim.
Bronwyn Faull
Administrator
Bronwyn is an experienced legal administrator with a depth of knowledge across multiple areas of law. She will be happy to assist you with all your queries and will strive to make the process as simple and hassle-free as possible.
Bronwyn controls the majority of the Administration within the Company.
HELEN FOAN
Project Manager
Helen is responsible for the implementation and development of the internal CMS and CRM software of New South Law. Her key responsibilities include system set up and support, gathering requirements for business processing purposes, training, and continued configuration of the software.
CHRIS SHARMAN
Sales and Marketing Manager
Chris has over 20 years’ experience in the Sales and Marketing world. He has knowledge of all marketing streams, both on and offline, and keeps abreast of all technological developments. He works with New South Law’s directors to improve and increase customer acquisition and maintain stakeholder relationships.
