Personal Injury Claims

Every year millions of people are injured as a result of accidents that are not their fault. If you are one of them, our team may be able to recover compensation for you on a No Win No Fee basis.

Our expert legal team has handled accidents at work and in public places both in the UK and abroad as well as all kinds of road accidents including cases involving foreign lorries.

We can deal with all the following:

  • road accidents whether you are a driver, passenger, cyclist or pedestrian

  • accidents at work

  • slips, trips and falls in public places, shopping centers or anywhere you had a right to be

  • accidents while on holiday

  • animal attacks

  • injuries caused by faulty goods or services

In order to provide you the best advice and make sure your case has the greatest possible prospect of success we need the following from you:

  • how, where and when the accident happened

  • what injury you suffered and what medical treatment you have received

  • details of any witnesses

If you think you have a case or require more information please call us on 01903 931 043 or complete our enquiry form.

What can I claim?
What you can recover depends on the injury you sustained. You can claim for the pain and suffering you have endured and for various other losses such as lost earnings, care, or treatment. Our team will fully assess your losses and advise you what you can claim. It is important to make sure you keep any receipts so that your case can be proved.

How much does it cost?
There are many funding options for these cases and we can discuss these with you and decide what is best suited to your needs. If we think your claim has a good prospect of success, we should be able to offer you a No Win No Fee agreement which will mean you only pay us if your claim succeeds and only at the end of the case so there is no upfront cost to you. You could also look at paying for your case privately or you may have an insurance policy that will cover you for legal costs. Whatever your position, we can advise you on the best funding option for your case.

How much will I receive?
If you have spoken to any solicitor that promises you a guaranteed result or offers to value your case before you have seen a court approved medical expert, you should be wary.
All cases are valued based on the length and effect of the injuries sustained and any expenses or outgoings that the accident has caused.

Your case will be assessed by our legal team using expert medical evidence about your injuries and then we will properly advise you on the value of your case.

Will I have to go to Court?
Most cases settle without the need for a Court hearing. Some do end up at trial where there is a dispute about what happened or how much the claim is worth, so you should always bear in mind you may have to go to a hearing. Our team will always aim to settle your case without the need for you to attend Court and, if you do have to go to Court, you will be fully advised and represented by a Barrister at the hearing.

How long do I have to claim?
Generally, you have three years from the date of the accident to bring your claim but there are exceptions to this and we can advise you if your accident was more than three years ago.
